Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the Shuffle online gambling platform as made available through the website shufflerok.com for the Shuffle experience (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, registering an account or placing any wager, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced in them. The effective date of these Terms is 20 January 2026. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site. For the avoidance of doubt, the services are operated from Curaçao, are not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, and are not intended to be used by persons located in the United Kingdom or in any jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful.

Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise:

"Operator" means Natural Nine B.V., a company registered in Curaçao under number 160998, with registered address at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao, operating the online gambling platform branded as Shuffle via shufflerok.com, under sub-licence 8048/JAZ issued by Antillephone N.V.
"Shuffle" means the online casino and related services provided by the Operator through shufflerok.com, including the Shuffle localized experience.
"Site" means the website currently located at shufflerok.com and any sub-paths or localized versions (including Shuffle) through which you access the Services.
"Services" means the online gambling, betting, gaming, promotional and ancillary services offered on the Site.
"User" or "Player" means any natural person who accesses the Site, opens an Account or uses the Services.
"Account" means a personal user account registered on the Site, uniquely associated with you and used to access the Services and hold your balances.
"Bet" or "Wager" means any amount of cryptocurrency or other value stake placed on a game, event or outcome offered via the Services.
"Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, free bets, cash-back or similar incentive granted to your Account subject to specific conditions.
"Crypto Assets" means the virtual currencies and tokens supported on the Site, currently including BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, USDC, TRX, MATIC, SOL and SHFL, as updated from time to time.
"KYC" means "Know Your Customer" identity and verification checks carried out by the Operator in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing requirements and our AML/KYC policy.
"UK" or "United Kingdom" refers, where relevant, to Great Britain (England, Scotland, Wales) for gambling regulatory purposes, and to the wider United Kingdom only where clearly stated.
"Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which the Operator, under its Curaçao licence and applicable law, is not permitted to offer the Services, which includes the United Kingdom as at the effective date of these Terms.

Account Registration

This section explains who may register, how registration works and what information you must provide so that we can comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, including anti-money laundering rules.

Eligibility and age

Minimum age: You may only open an Account and use the Services if you are at least 18 years old or the minimum legal age for gambling in your country of residence, whichever is higher. For UK residents, the minimum age is 18.
Prohibited jurisdictions: Persons located in, resident in, or ordinarily resident in any Prohibited Jurisdiction (including the United Kingdom) must not create an Account or use the Services. Use of VPNs, proxies or similar tools to disguise your location or to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a serious breach.
Single account: You may hold only one Account with the Operator. Opening multiple Accounts, including in different names or via different devices, is prohibited.

Registration process and KYC

Registration steps: To create an Account, you must complete the online registration form on shufflerok.com, provide accurate information, confirm your acceptance of these Terms and verify your email address and/or other credentials as requested.
Identity verification: In line with our AML/KYC policy (as published on our platform policies pages), we may require you to provide documents such as a government-issued ID, proof of address, proof of source of funds or wealth, and any other information we reasonably need to verify your identity and ensure lawful use of the Services.
Tiered verification: Access to deposits, wagering and withdrawals may be limited until KYC checks are completed to the satisfaction of the Operator. Higher transactional thresholds and withdrawals typically require enhanced verification.

User obligations

Accuracy of information: You must ensure that all information you provide during registration and throughout your use of the Services is complete, accurate and up to date. You must promptly update your details if they change.
Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and any two-factor authentication methods. You must not share your Account or credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out using your credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you.

Prohibition on acting for others: You must not open or operate an Account on behalf of another person, or allow another person to use your Account.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

This section sets out how bets are placed, how results are determined, and the conduct expected of Players when using games, live casino and chat features.

Placing bets

Crypto-denominated play: All Bets and game stakes are denominated in the supported Crypto Assets as listed on the Site. The Operator does not provide GBP or other fiat accounts for Players, including those accessing the Shuffle experience.
Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game has specific minimum and maximum stake levels displayed within the game interface. You may only place Bets within these limits. We may change limits at any time for risk or regulatory reasons.
Bet confirmation: A Bet is deemed accepted only when it has been confirmed by our systems and appears in your transaction history. Once confirmed, a Bet generally cannot be cancelled by you.

Game rules and outcomes

Rules of each game: Each game or betting product has its own rules and pay tables, which are incorporated into these Terms. By playing, you agree to be bound by those individual rules.
Randomness and fairness: For applicable games, outcomes are determined by random number generators or other technical mechanisms designed to ensure fairness under our Curaçao licence. Independent testing or certification may apply where indicated on the Site.
Errors and malfunctions: In the event of a clear error, technical malfunction, incorrect pay table, or similar issue, we may void the affected Bets, cancel results, and restore the state of your Account to the position immediately prior to the error. Any winnings that arose directly from such error or malfunction may be voided and treated as never having been payable.

Conduct in live casino, chat and community features

Respectful behaviour: You must behave respectfully towards other Players and staff. Harassment, hate speech, threats, obscene or discriminatory language, or any conduct that could reasonably cause offence is strictly prohibited.
No fraud or collusion: You must not engage in fraud, collusion, match-fixing, use of bots, exploitation of bugs, advantage play that relies on obvious errors, or any other unfair practices. We may suspend or close Accounts and void Bets where we reasonably suspect such activity.
Prohibited content: You may not use chat or other features to advertise competing services, promote illegal activity, share personal data of others, or encourage others to circumvent geographic, AML/KYC or responsible gambling controls (including any attempts by UK-based individuals to evade restrictions).
Monitoring: The Operator may monitor and record gameplay and chat activity for security, fairness, AML and responsible gambling purposes and may remove content or restrict access at its discretion.

Bonus Terms

This section explains how Bonuses are credited, how wagering requirements operate and what restrictions apply to promotional offers.

Bonus activation and wagering

Offer-specific terms: Each Bonus or promotion made available on shufflerok.com has specific terms communicated in the relevant offer (for example on the promotions page, in pop-ups or emails). Those terms form part of these Terms.
Activation: Some Bonuses require you to opt-in, enter a promo code, or make a qualifying deposit or Bet. If you do not follow the stated steps within the specified period (not less than 24 hours and typically up to 30 days from the offer date in 2026), you may lose eligibility.
Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise, Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The multiplier (for example 25x or 40x bonus amount) and the games that count towards wagering are specified per offer.

Restrictions and prohibited practices

Game restrictions: Certain games, bet types or products may be excluded from wagering contributions or may contribute at a reduced percentage (for example some table games or low-risk bets). Details are set out in the relevant promotional terms.
Max bet with active bonus: While a Bonus is active, you must not exceed the maximum allowed Bet per spin, hand or game round, as stated in the offer terms. Exceeding the maximum bet may lead to forfeiture of the Bonus and related winnings.
Bonus abuse: Practices considered abusive include (without limitation) using multiple Accounts, colluding with other Players, hedging Bets to guarantee outcomes, exploiting obvious errors, and using a VPN to claim territory-specific offers (including any offers restricted away from the UK). The Operator may cancel Bonuses, withhold or void winnings, and close Accounts in cases of suspected bonus abuse.

Combining promotions and expiry

Non-combinability: Unless expressly permitted, Bonuses cannot be combined. Only one active welcome or deposit Bonus may apply to your Account at a time.
Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be used and completed within the timeframe specified in the particular offer (which will be no shorter than 7 days and no longer than 60 days from the date of credit in 2026), after which any unused Bonus funds and uncleared winnings may be forfeited.
Operator discretion: The Operator reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable law, to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion, ensuring that changes do not adversely affect rights already accrued by you.

Payments & Withdrawals

This section describes how you may fund your Account, withdraw winnings, and the limits and checks that apply, with particular attention to the crypto-only nature of the Services.

Deposits

Crypto-only model: The Site operates as a crypto-centric casino. You may deposit only using supported Crypto Assets (currently BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, USDC, TRX, MATIC, SOL and SHFL) via wallet addresses provided on the Site. No direct GBP or card (Visa/Mastercard) deposits are accepted on shufflerok.com, including for Shuffle.
Funding via exchanges: If you acquire Crypto Assets via third-party exchanges or banking services, you do so at your own risk and cost. You are strongly advised to use a non-custodial wallet (for example, a self-hosted wallet application) as an intermediate step rather than sending from banking providers that restrict gambling-related transactions. The Operator is not responsible for funds lost due to transfers made to incorrect addresses or via third-party payment restrictions.
Minimum and maximum deposits: Practical minimum deposit amounts may be influenced by network fees (for example, small ETH deposits may be uneconomic). Any minimum or maximum deposit limits per transaction or per period are displayed on the Site and may change from time to time.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal methods: Withdrawals are generally processed back to the same Crypto Asset and wallet type used for deposits, subject to AML/KYC and security checks. We may, where technically feasible and lawful, allow withdrawals in a different supported Crypto Asset following conversion at the rate shown on the Site.
Processing times: The Operator aims to review and process withdrawal requests promptly, typically within 24 - 72 hours after all required KYC checks have been completed. Actual receipt times depend on network confirmation and third-party factors outside our control.
Verification and source of funds: We may request additional KYC information and proof of source of funds before processing withdrawals, especially where cumulative deposits, wagering or withdrawals exceed certain thresholds, or where suspicious activity is detected.
Fees: We may charge reasonable fees for processing withdrawals or for network transaction costs, which will be disclosed on the Site. Network miners' fees may be deducted from the withdrawn amount.

Refunds, chargebacks and adjustments

Deposits final: Deposits are generally non-refundable once credited and used for play. We are not obliged to refund any loss resulting from your gambling activity.
Game cancellations: If a game round is cancelled or voided due to a technical failure or similar event, affected stakes may be returned to your balance. Any winnings associated with such cancelled rounds may be voided.
Chargebacks: In the event of any attempted chargeback or reversal related to the acquisition of Crypto Assets or funding of your Account, we may suspend or close your Account, void Bets, and seek to recover any amounts incorrectly credited.
Currency and value fluctuations: Because Crypto Assets can be volatile, the fiat value of your deposits and withdrawals may fluctuate and may differ between the time of deposit, play and withdrawal. You bear all exchange rate and volatility risks.

Limitation of Liability

This section explains the extent of the Operator's responsibility for the Services and the limits that apply to our liability under applicable law.

Operator's commitments: The Operator will provide the Services with reasonable skill and care, implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the integrity of games and your Account, and use reasonable efforts to ensure that game results are generated fairly and in accordance with the applicable rules and our Curaçao licence.
No guarantee of uninterrupted access: The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Site or games will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Temporary suspension or unavailability may occur due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control.
Exclusions: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for: (a) any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials; (b) the acts or omissions of third-party service providers, including wallet providers, exchanges, internet service providers or telecommunication networks; (c) any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages; or (d) losses connected with your failure to comply with these Terms, including using the Services from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
Liability cap: To the extent we are found liable to you in connection with the Services, our total aggregate liability for any and all claims (whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise) shall not exceed the higher of (a) the net amount of your relevant Bet that gave rise to the claim, or (b) the total net amount of deposits you made into your Account during the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability, in each case measured in the relevant Crypto Asset.
Mandatory rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. If you are resident in a jurisdiction that grants you specific mandatory consumer rights, those rights remain unaffected. However, please note that the Operator is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission and UK-specific regulatory protections (including those linked to UK-licensed alternative dispute resolution schemes) do not apply to the Services.

Intellectual Property Rights

This section explains how the content and technology on the Site are protected and how you may use them.

Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the Site and Services, including but not limited to software, source code, algorithms, game titles, graphics, logos, trademarks, domain names (including shufflerok.com), text, audio-visual content and design elements, are owned by the Operator or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
Limited licence: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site and Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms.
Prohibited uses: You must not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit for commercial purposes any part of the Site or Services without our prior written consent.
Unauthorised use: Any unauthorised use of the Site or Services, including use in a manner that infringes third-party rights or applicable law, may result in civil and/or criminal liability and may lead to immediate termination or suspension of your Account.

Privacy & Data Protection

The Privacy Policy is made available via the Site and may be hosted on the platform policy pages associated with the shuffle.com domain, but applies to your use of shufflerok.com.
AML/KYC and responsible gambling: We process certain personal and transactional data to comply with legal obligations (including AML/KYC checks under our Curaçao licence and any applicable sanctions laws) and to promote safer gambling, such as monitoring patterns of play that may indicate harm.
Your responsibilities: You must ensure that personal data you provide is accurate and up to date, and you should review the Privacy Policy regularly to understand how your data is used, your rights, and how to exercise them.

Continued use as acceptance: If you continue to use the Services after the updated Terms become effective, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services and may request closure of your Account.
Version control: We recommend that you print or save a copy of these Terms for your records and refer to the effective date to ensure you are familiar with the latest version as of 2026.

Termination & Suspension

This section explains when and how your Account may be suspended or closed, and how your funds will be treated.

Termination by you

Voluntary closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time via the Account settings or by contacting customer support using the contact details available on shufflerok.com. Before closure is finalised, you should withdraw any eligible balances remaining in your Account, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC checks and these Terms.
Self-exclusion: Where available on the Site, you may apply self-exclusion or similar safer gambling tools. Because shufflerok.com is operated under a Curaçao licence and is not part of GAMSTOP or other UK-wide self-exclusion schemes, UK-based individuals who are self-excluded via GAMSTOP or similar must not attempt to register or use the Services.

Suspension and termination by the Operator

Grounds for suspension/closure: We may suspend or close your Account, in whole or in part, where we reasonably suspect or determine that: (a) you have breached these Terms (including by using the Services from a Prohibited Jurisdiction, such as the UK); (b) you are underage; (c) you have provided false or misleading information; (d) you are involved in fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing or other unlawful activity; (e) you have engaged in bonus abuse, collusion or cheating; or (f) your Account poses regulatory, legal or security risks.
Investigation: We may suspend your Account while we investigate any suspected breach or suspicious activity. During suspension, you may be unable to deposit, withdraw or place Bets.
Funds on closure: Upon closure of your Account (other than for serious breach or unlawful conduct), we will, subject to AML/KYC checks and applicable law, pay out your remaining legitimate balance via an appropriate withdrawal method. Where funds are reasonably suspected to be proceeds of crime or otherwise unlawfully obtained, we may freeze or confiscate such funds and report to the relevant authorities.
Notice: Where lawful and practicable, we will provide you with notice of suspension or closure and the reasons for it, using the contact details associated with your Account. In some circumstances (for example, where required by law enforcement), we may be prevented from doing so.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Primary jurisdiction: Subject to the paragraph below, you agree that the courts of Curaçao shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services.
Consumer rights: If you are a consumer resident in a jurisdiction whose laws provide that you may bring claims in your home courts and that such protection cannot be contractually waived, you may be entitled to bring a claim in those courts. However, you acknowledge that the Services are not offered under a UK Gambling Commission licence, and that UK-specific regulatory protections, complaint mechanisms and alternative dispute resolution schemes applicable to UK-licensed operators do not apply to the Services provided via shufflerok.com.
No UK targeting: The Shuffle experience on shufflerok.com is not an offer directed at, or intended for, individuals in the UK. UK-based persons must not create Accounts, deposit, or gamble on the Site. If you nevertheless access or use the Services from the UK in breach of these Terms, you do so at your own initiative and risk, and you remain responsible for compliance with local law.
